PRECISE™ controlled release technology allows gradual release of pesticides via diffusion by utilizing AAT's patented process to coat granules. Pesticides that are polymer-coated with PRECISE technology will provide predictable release across the polymer membrane and long-lasting pest control for your golf course or nursery. The PRECISE brand will encompass several different pesticide products and even combinations of fertilizers and pesticides.

PRECISE controlled release products have the benefits of reduced applicator exposure, decreased environmental impact and the ability to combine different pesticides into one product. The products are user-friendly because the active ingredient is not in direct contact with the user and they are also easier to store than their liquid counterparts. Ultimately the technology will be used to combine insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and fertilizers into one granule.

The first products coated with PRECISE technology are PRECISE Acephate Granule Insecticides and PRECISE Greenhouse and Nursery Systemic Insecticide.
